Brief
Refurbish five floors of tenanted apartment blocks. Focusing on tenant comfort, security and fire safety.

Project Summary
After a successful first and second phase, we’ve completed the third phase of apartments blocks in Harley Street.

Upgrade fire safety systems throughout communal areas, including detection systems, signage and sprinklers.

Upgrade tenant security, including oak front doors for all apartments, complete with Banham Mortice locks, FD30 conceal hinges and FD30 letter plates.

Modernise all communal tenant areas, including re-wiring electrics, constructing dropped ceiling with concealed lighting, and new signage throughout.
