Complete removal of previous tenant’s fixtures and fittings. Full electrical and networking re-wire, including a new comms cabinet and CCTV. Kitchen, meeting rooms and open plan office decorated and carpeted. Supplied and installed contemporary furniture, including storage and a break out space.
