Brief
24 offices over two floors; create a comfortable yet blank canvas that the a new generation of flexible business tenants can immediately move into and customise.

Project Summary
Strip out and recycle fixtures and fittings from the previous tenants. Re-design and refurbish each office from the ground up, including glass-walled meeting rooms, individual sound-proof phone/Zoom pods, exposed ceilings with free-hanging lights.

Complete electrical, network and phone re-wire throughout each office. Supplied and installed furniture for individual workspaces, management offices and break-out areas.
