Brief
Refurbish the underground shower and changing facilities for 500+ employees in the office tower. 24 week turnaround.

Project Summary
Construct a new plant room and install sump pump and drainage system. Redesigned and refurbished the showers, toilets, changing rooms, lockers and clothes drying rooms. Fully tiled flooring and walls throughout the showers and changing rooms. Modern sinks, mirrors, hidden under-cabinet drying facilities & lighting, as well as dedicated styling stations. Installed CCTV throughout.
