Across three floors; Strip out fixtures and fittings from previous tenant. Upgrade BMS system for the building. Refurbish to create comfortable modern offices and meeting rooms. Restricted to working hours only.

Project Summary
Installed a new BMS system throughout the building, allowing for more efficient cooling & heating. Replaced 15 fan coils on each floor and updated the DVR valves.

Removed the existing ceilings and upgraded to a new SAS 130 ceiling grid, which includes LED lights and PIR lighting control system.

Work around existing tenant on the first floor, leaving their partitions and fixtures in place. Create open plan blank canvas space on the other floors, ready for new tenants to move in.
